Your privacy is of great importance to PodcastFeed. We adhere to the relevant privacy laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This means that we:

Your Account

For certain parts of our business, you need to register first. You must provide information about yourself and choose a username. With this, we create an account, where you can log in with that username and a password of your choice.

For this, we use your profile picture and email address. We need this due to the contract we have with you. We keep this information until you cancel the account.

We store this information so you do not have to fill it in again and so that we can contact you more easily if necessary at the company. You can adjust the information via your account whenever you want.

Provision to Third Parties

We work with certain companies that may receive the above-mentioned personal data from us.

Subscribing to a Service

You can subscribe to a paid service at PodcastFeed, where we use your personal data to process the payment. For this, we use your email address, name and address details, billing address, payment information, and IP address. We need this due to the contract we have with you. We keep this information until you cancel the subscription. Certain customer data is kept longer due to the legal fiscal retention obligation.

Advertising

We would like to send you advertisements about offers and new products or services. We do this via email.

You can object to this advertising at any time. Each email contains an unsubscribe link. You can also pass this through your account.

Provision to Other Companies or Institutions

Except for the parties necessary to deliver the above-mentioned services, we do not under any circumstances give your personal data to other companies or institutions, unless we are legally obliged to do so (for example, if the police demand it in case of a suspicion of a crime).

Our company uses cookies. Cookies are small files where we can store information so that you do not have to fill it in again. But we can also see that you visit us again. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to track how visitors use our company. We have concluded a processor agreement with Google. This agreement contains strict agreements about what they are allowed to keep track of. We have not allowed Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services. We do not anonymize the IP addresses in Google Analytics.
